Article in "Physioactive"

In June our Shadowing Program was featured in "Physioactive", the magazine of the Swiss Physiotherapy Association Physioswiss.
Their editor has accompanied a medical student observing and actively taking part in a physiotherapy setting. The session was lead by one of many tutors (= healthcare professionals) SHAPED can put YOU as an interested student in contact with!

First IP Café: a success!

On a Thursday evening at the end of May, we held our very first IP Café together with @vsao_bern!
It was a success great interprofessional conversations happening, meeting new people from other healthcare professions and yummy food! Hopefully a next edition is going to happen soon. See you all there!

We were awarded the
Anna Laven Prize 2022!

We won the first place for better collaboration in the healthcare system through interprofessional education. The price was given for our interprofessional case discussions (ICD's), which we create and hold several times a year for healthcare students from all over Switzerland.

SHAPED workshop at the CiS

From the 9th to the 13th of January 2023 CiS (Centre interprofessionnel de Simulation) hosted an event to give students an opportunity to enhance themselves in interprofessional collaboration. Members of SHAPED were also present there and held two workshop. One where the participants could participate in an ICD (interprofessional case discussion) and the other was about the future of IPE (interprofessional education).

We are happy to announce that SHAPED is an extraordinary member of the Plattform Interprofessionalität since May 2022!

We are looking very much forward to working together with the other members of the platform and further increase interprofessional collaboration - especially also in the outpatient healthcare setting!
Serving as a link to the next generation, we hope to provide some fresh ideas, share our experiences and expand our network with fellow IP-enthusiasts!
